Because Microsoft wants to make it harder to have local accounts, you need a second computer to reload your install.
PREEMPTIVE: Yes, I know how to get around this. Yes, I had a second system where I could get the drivers. Yes, I've been dealing with MS Windows installs since version 1.5 so driver hunting is nothing new. But this garbage about forced online install is just straight up MS BS. Also, the severely infuriating part was this is a new system and I was attempting to move to a larger SSD, so I was un-bitlocking the disc when MS updates rebooted the system and corrupted the system files. And thus, I was at a fresh install. If I could get away with Linux at work, I wouldn't be on here right now.

SPOILER ALERT How does doordash know I paid for a pickup order at Burger King on my girlfriend’s phone instantly?
For context we were 10 minutes away from Burger King, and she doesn’t have DoorDash on her phone only mine.

Is it in yet Friends took me to olive garden for my birthday dinner, one of the friends said he had a rough idle and engine light on. Went to check his oil dip stick and we couldn't figure out how to get it back in for about 30min even after reading the owners manual and watching a video 2018 Pathfinder.

Infuriatig Airpods Broke so I bought a new pair only for the only pair to start working again
I had these since the start of COVID so I thought it was time. Bought a new pair for 266 and when I went to connect the new pair, the old pair connected and started to work. So that’s a week’s worth of money down the drain. :(

Context Provided - Spotlight When my girlfriend is done with a can, she puts it in the sink upside down, to "drain out the rest" then just leaves it there for hours. Mind you, she finishes the can. She thinks the last tiny drop or two is enough to warrant this

Fuzzy Memory Sherpa material ruining perfectly nice jackets
i know i am an outlier with this but material as a whole makes my skin crawl. genuinely even thinking about touching it makes my skin start to feel itchy. I've always hated this material and hate how popular it is with the general population. blankets are fine because i can avoid them as a whole. but once winter clothing starts to come into stores i see a lot of nice jackets that i want and then i open it and see it's lined with sherpa. i know it's for insulation and keeps you warmer in the winter but whyyy. winter jackets were just fine before the sherpa explosion. even flannels and hoodies have been infested with the material. i know there are other options available to buy, but sometimes I'll see a jacket and they don't have a non sherpa version available and it irks me
thank you for coming to my TEDtalk

Do u dont wanna Anyone else get kinda annoyed with people who claim to have a profession but they’re mainly freeloading off their parents?
Anyone else get kinda annoyed with people who claim to have a profession but they’re mainly freeloading off their parents?
Like people who say I do such and such for a living but then it’s actually like 3 hours a week or sporadic gigs ? SMH I feel like this is very normalized in LA . It’s not the fact that they don’t need to work that is particularly bothersome but that they put on an impression that this is how they supplement their lifestyle when it’s actually largely inflated. For the people who work hard , it kinda feels disingenuous. My main thing is people who purposely hide that they are getting support but still want to have the title of a a job when it’s minimal effort on their part.
Edit: I’m referring to people who give unsolicited advice and also judge others for having menial jobs because what they “do” is more glamorous . It just comes off as kinda ego centric

ಠ_ಠ The fact that the World Series isn’t watchable on any of the major streaming networks
I’ve got Paramount plus, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and Peacock. I am not signing up for FoxOne or DirectTV just to watch the World Series. Awful job MLB.

Don't hug me I'm scared Amazon drivers consistently not delivering to my door.
For the past 5 or so deliveries. My package hasnt been brought to my door. It's not even heavy packages, it's just small stuff. My last delivery was left outside my apartment building and the package wasn't even in the photo, they just took a picture of the apartment building. And yes, I have detailed instructions on which apartment is mine since the numbers are kinda wonky in this building.
