Discussion/Question I like how some of King Dedede's attacks still spawn stars even when he's not a boss.

I think it has been like that since Super Smash Bros., but I like it because it makes the stars spawning in Kirby boss fights feel like a natural phenomenon in the Kirby universe rather than just a simple game mechanic.
I also think it is cool that this kind of effect is exclusive to Dedede and the Hammer ability when playing as them. Since he was the first character to introduce that mechanic, it feels like his own unique trait that other playable characters do not have.
On top of that, I think it is really cool how the spawned stars, which normally act as a weakness against him, are portrayed as shockwaves when you actually play as him.

Discussion/Question The ULTIMATE Kirby Game Community Ranking #40: Kirby's Return to dream Land Deluxe

I know, I know. Late again. So hi! Welcome! We're almost at the end of the ULTIMATE Kirby Game Community Rankings! Thank you all so much ☺️!!! Today's game will be Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe which is, quite literally, a Return to Return to Dream Land. It was released for the Nintendo Switch in 2023. So far, it's the last Kirby Game to be released for the Nintendo Switch system. It's self-explanatory; it's a remake of the Wii Game Kirby's Return to Dream Land (but with cool outlines). It introduces three new abilities (two brand-new and one returning but was not in the original), being Sand, Mecha and Festival (returning from Kirby Star Allies). You need to help Magolor fix his ship until he betrays Kirby by taking the Master Crown to himself. After that blow, the community stopped trusting new characters (Elfilin got that treatment, and the new character (man I hate calling her that) from Kirby and the World Beyond is getting that treatment right now). I don't blame the community one bit. There is obviously new content since, yknow, it's a DELUXE version. Merry Magoland is a new feature; the sub-game of sub-games. It has new sub-games along with returning ones from past games! This theme park was built by Magolor (he likes building theme parks apparently) so that Kirby and company could take breaks between story mode adventures. Nice! I'm gonna be honest. You may dislike Magolor becuase of Return to Dream Land, but to be honest, I think he's a cool character!
I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO HAVE THE FULL VERSION OF THIS GAME but I never had it. I've only played the demo. The demo itself has a lot of play time on my Nintendo Switch 2 (not THAT much compared to others but there still is a lot of play time). So yeah, you can probably tell that I like Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe a lot. I love Merry Magoland (escepially since it has Checkerboard Chase in it)! I also love the Story Mode! I'd say it's one of the best in Kirby Games. like I said in my post on the original, its OST is one of the best. So, what do you think of Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe? See you next time ☺️!
