I am 22 M. I recently had a break up, a very bad one, which has affected me mentally, emotionally everything. So these all things happen when I miss her, or get PTSD type thing: I get anxious, stressed, overthink a lot of scenarios, cry a lot, not able to breathe, chest pain. (sometimes it was so extreme that I wanted to kill myself)

I tried everything, from journaling, to talking to a friend (and hate to admit but chatgpt, claude too). Still its not going away, thinking about her makes me feel sad. This breakup has affected me mentally, emotionally. I also tried so much to distract myself, be it with my work, or music or play any game, but I feel like even after doing all this, I am just avoiding these feelings, and eventually it will burst (which it does, thus so extreme thoughts)

So i thought maybe therapy is one option I haven't tried, which can help me with this situation. So i want to know if anyone knows some good therapist who can solve or help with my case or problem.

I wanted to ask students, especially current students or alumni of Cummins College of Engineering for Women, Pune, about the actual hostel rules.

Basically, I was planning a movie date with a girl who stays in the Cummins hostel. She told me that she can't go out at night because her hostel doesn't allow her to stay out after 8:30 PM.

I suggested that she could stay overnight at a female friend's place, but she said that's not possible either because the hostel might call her parents. I then suggested that she ask her parents for permission and tell the hostel that she's staying with a female friend, but she still said the hostel is too strict.

So, I wanted to ask:

1. Is the 8:30 PM curfew actually enforced at Cummins College Pune?

2. Do hostel students need prior permission from the warden and their parents to stay overnight outside?

3. Does the hostel really call parents to verify where a student is staying?

4. Are students allowed to stay overnight at a female friend's place if their parents give permission?

I'm not trying to create any trouble for her. I just want to understand whether these restrictions are genuinely that strict or whether she might simply not be comfortable with the plan.

so i met my friend almost after a year and while talking he reminded me of last year incident which happened with us

so it was september of 2025 and it was our midterm paper time so all of my tution friends were inside tution only most of time so 9am to 12pm and then next class used to be at 3pm to 7:40pm

between we used to get a 3 hour break and one day we all decided to haev chinese food on the streets

we ate the fried rice but i didnt really like cuz it was too spicy and hot so i just had 2 3 bits and left it meanwhile other guys had already finished it

after paying the bill the stall helper asked how was the food one of my friend said nice but why did you put jeera in friend rice? he said what we dont even have jeera

i was eating at that time so my plate was full we showed him this and he casuallly said nah its dea* ants in the rice and like not 1 or 2 it was many we thought its jeera

should i mention the place name too? i dont really know if that stall is still there or not it was like plastic chairs and table with the guy cooking inside a room near road signal

after that incident i never had chineese food

Penny is a 1 year old female tabby cat. She’s litter trained, dewormed, vaccinated and sterilised. She’s extremely friendly and easy to handle. She’s based in Pune but can travel to Mumbai and Bangalore.

With patience, she can get along with other cats if you decide to have another in the future but for now, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t have another pet. She needs to be the first cat in the household.

She’s used to staying alone for a few hours that are compatible with work timings but she’ll also be a great companion to wfh folks. She usually sleeps throughout the afternoon.

She doesn’t like being confined to one room/limited space and needs to have access to the whole house to feel comfortable. Penny’s always been an indoor cat and should continue to remain so.

She’s very playful and some of her favourite toys are catnip mouse, feather toys, balls and having cat trees and cat perches and shelves since she loves heights as well. Cats are generally a huge fan of vertical space and so is Penny. She’s also a cat tv lover. Since she won’t have a companion for the time being, she needs attention towards playtime from her adopter. This means you have to dedicate some time before and after office to play with her and tire her out.

Penny can be a night owl but as long as she has access to the whole house and is comfortable, she understands when people are sleeping and eventually settles down too.

Penny currently eats Smylo wet food (two packets in a day, one for breakfast and one for dinner) along with Royal Canin dry food for lunch. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with providing good nutrition - so they either stay on these brands/diet or switch to other higher quality brands.

Penny loves an organised environment and doesn’t do well with unhygienic spaces and behaviours like not cleaning her litter box and bowls frequently.

Penny will be a great choice for first time adopters/people who have experience with cats. She’ll require 2-3 days to decompress and a week to properly settle down but it all depends on her pace.

Reason for putting her up for adoption: Penny was rescued last Diwali because she got separated from her mother due to firecrackers. She was adopted in March but due to the adopter’s neglect, she ran away from the house twice and we had to get involved again when we understood that they weren’t actively searching for her. We’re cat rescuers and therefore can’t keep every cat we rescue because then we’ll run out of resources to help others.

Penny has stayed with multiple fosters and we’re pretty confident in her behaviour as a single cat. With another cat, it can be a hit or a miss but she’ll do well with younger kittens.

Adoption formalities are mandatory. We’re looking for serious adopters - people who know they can provide a stable environment and can commit to a pet for their lifespan. We’re not looking for students or bachelors who are not sure of their future plans as adopters.

'm starting an office near Ideal Colony and want a gym close to it that I can hit around late morning (roughly 11:30 to 12:15) on weekdays. I've narrowed it down to two:

- ATX Fitness (above Burger King, Paud Phata Rd)
- Body Fuel Fitness Club (Vishwashanti Marg, Rambaug Colony)

What matters to me:
- Showers and lockers that are actually usable, since I'll go back to work right after
- Free weights and decent equipment, not just machines
- Bike parking
- Not too crowded around midday
- Reasonable fees, with monthly, quarterly or annual plans

Does anyone train at either of these? How are the equipment, crowd and trainers? And does anyone know a better gym in this area that I should look at before I join one?

Just as the title says, People who have done eye number correction/removal operation, when/where and how did you do it? What was the cost? Was it really necessary?

I am asking it mostly since most of my time i am in front of the computer, plus it is difficult to drive during night time. So i just want to understand whether or not it is a good idea to do it or not.

I was told that there are 2 types of number correction operation/surgery, one it to slice a layer of eye and the other one is laser. So if anyone knows more about this, can you please shed a light on it and help me understand what's what.

Nubu is a 3.5 month old male kitten. He’s litter trained, dewormed and vaccinated. He’s very friendly, playful and great with other dogs and cats. He’s a very desensitised cat - meaning he’s used to human touch a lot. Loves to cuddle but only after he’s done with the shenanigans for the day.

He was rescued after a dog bit him. He was barely able to walk and lost his tail after that incident but with medication and therapy, he’s walking again! He’s still a little wobbly but as he gains more strength with age, he’ll walk like any other cat. He has absolutely no difficulty in playing, doing his litter or any other activity that cats do. He’s just a little wobbly.

He’ll be a great addition to any household - first time pet parents or a multi pet household.
