Booked No Broker packing and moving services from Pune to Ghaziabad. No Broker quoted Rs 7K, I paid the booking amount and today was the shifting day. Their vendor came, I had already packed my stuff, so they wrapped it in plastic and took it to their warehouse. I paid the remaining amount on the No broker link provided by vendor.

Now in the evening, the vendor calls me and says that volumetric weight of my boxes is more, should be 25Kg for large box and it's 40Kg. So as per number of boxes he's asking me to pay Rs5400 more, as UPI to his number. After a lot of requesting and haggling I could only get him down to Rs 4200.

What should I do now? Should I talk to No Broker, if I complain what if this vendor gets pissed and doesn't return my stuff and holds it in his warehouse or mis-ships intentionally. He is saying he's also ready to give me a valid GST bill of any amount, but the GST on that would have to be paid by me over and above the 4200. Help me out please as I'm in the middle of shifting cities and right now I feel cheated and extorted.
