I don’t think this was true. Obama didn’t have to deal with an Israel as aggressively genocidal as they became under Biden and Biden did try to get them to chill, he just failed and didn’t push hard enough

Other presidents in the past had no issue "getting them to chill." You threaten the money and they back off, biden spent his career supporting zionism and he made some lip service to it while making no actual effort.

Tough to threaten the money being sent to Israel when voters keep handing Congress to Republicans every other election.

Not really. He was the president, he could have certainly threatened a lot more. Instead he pretty much looked the other way.
