Tipping culture in the US is actually for every service rendered?

Yep. And lord have mercy on your soul if you don’t tip

I mean people in the EU tip too on most services but compared to the 15% to 20% most Americans use to tip it's nothing and also not every single time.

Tattoos at least here seem already expensive enough. Tipping again like 20% of that just seems like too much.

Edit typo

Tattoos are expensive as all get-out here too, most shops are owned by the artist doing the work.

So tipping is fucking insane. I don't get tattoos but 20% on a $700 tat is crazy work. If you don't tip them they won't work with you anymore though. Even though you almost spent a band at their place.
