I get that you’ve got deliveries and it was pretty busy, but this is never okay. There was space around back you could’ve parked in.

Lots of open and available parking. Blocked 2 spaces and parked over a hash line.

The green Audi is mine. I’m parked in a lower volume part of the lot, in an end space, as far over as possible. When I parked, the two spaces to my right were open. When I returned to this, the second space over was still empty. Why? Seriously ... How fuckkng hard is it?!

She parked her own way.
Edit: yes that is op’s vehicle parallel parked in the van parallel parking. Our tires are behind the blue/white lines.

Why even turn your mirrors in when nobody can fit on either side of you 🤦🏽♀️

Taking up two spots, and the one on drivers side is a handicapped spot. And no plaque or plates.

This person had 4 spots to choose from and still picked the yellow lines.

I've done some more investigation and have found a dozen reports spanning 7 years. At least one car has tabs that expired 3 years ago. So, what's the deal? Why doesn't the city enforce it? No idea. Maybe the mayor lives here for all I know. (Speculation)
What I do know is that if I want this to get taken seriously, I'm going to have to get in touch with a higher power like the state or relevant ADA organization.
Thank you all for the suggestions in the last post. Most of the suggestions were just straight up vandalism, but there were others that were really outside the box that got me a thinking of meatier ways to approach civic machinery.
Anyway, one comment requested additional angles. So, here's a whole additional car. They're here most nights (and weekends.) I've submitted another report to the city noting the expired registration, but I'm not holding my breath.
The city is Lakewood, Pierce County, Washington State.

This was the spot between the spots.
I guess it could be worse.

If you zoom in you can see that all these cars are parked in front of the temporary lights and I couldn’t see them change 🙄

It's cool. Not like I needed to get a toddler into his car seat on that side... (Just to be clear, I'm in the tan car.)

Not just security but says hospitality on the sides
