We don’t need no stinkin parallel parking.
She parked her own way.
Edit: yes that is op’s vehicle parallel parked in the van parallel parking. Our tires are behind the blue/white lines.

Nobody. Because we are parallel parked for the spot. There are 3 parallel parking spots. She didn’t parallel. We did. Our tires aren’t even touching the stripes.
I stuck my phone outside the vehicle when I took the pic. She also did not have a handicap placard.

No, we are not. Previous person in front of us was parked on the blue stripes. We have about a 1’ gap from bumper to stripes. I took the picture while inside the truck. L o L

Parallel parking achieved, just on a much larger scale. The blue lines were apparently more of a suggestion.
