Trump and Putin are both egomaniacs, the only way to talk to them is to endlessly give them compliments and try to somehow still get your point across. I am not saying that is what this grifter is doing, but that is the way you talk to these people. They are incapable of accepting criticism, or responsibility, or not shitting their pants in public, at least one of them.
