I'm a grad student at ASU researching how teams test AI features (LLMs, agents, ML models) before they ship. I'm just trying to understand what this actually looks like on real teams, beyond what the blog posts say.
If you build, test, approve, or security-review AI features, I'd love to hear a story or two. I'm most curious about the last time you shipped one: what did you actually check before calling it ready? And when something broke after a model, prompt, or data change, how did you find out, and how long did it take to figure out why? Could you reproduce it easily, or did you need the live system?
I'm also interested in the stuff around the edges, like homegrown scripts and how much time they take to keep working, or times someone shipped past a failing check and who made that call. If you've been on the security or vendor review side, I'd love to know what gets a tool approved quickly and what gets it rejected.
Even a couple of sentences would help a lot. Reply here or DM me, whichever's easier. Thank you!
