When America did nothing after Sandy Hook is when I really felt like I shouldn't have kids.

Then it just kept getting worse. Between school shooter drills, forcing people into college debt to maybe get a job, social media, no safe places to just be a kid for free, etc etc....

Yea no. I can't even afford healthcare for myself, imagine if I have a special needs kid.

I've struggle bussed myself for far too long. 18 years of "Paying my dues" and finally broke that cycle. But that was less than a two years ago. It's crazy how once you are on the winning side of the financial equation live is nice. Then I do the calculations and realize I make what my grandad made with a 6th grade education...
