Discussion Is it that time already?

I just turned 40. I went to a new gym last night and did a class. After the class, the coach (who could have been anywhere like 25 to early 30s) was super nice and chatty and asked me about my fitness goals. I said "well, I just turned 40..." and was about to talk about how I want to ramp up my fitness to honor the milestone and I got interrupted with, "40?? You look great!!"

Now I'm wondering if he was early 20s. Was not expecting that response. Anyone else fell it's a bit premature?

Lmao. You are probably the type of dude that thinks waitresses and strippers really like him. Don't think too much into it, man. They most likely say that to EVERYONE.
