Same. I don't hear/feel it half the time anyway and miss calls and texts for half the day or more a lot of the time. I for sure use my phone too much but I also come to realize I use it way less than most of my friends and people around me.
I recently upgraded from an older Galaxy phone only to find out they changed the physical hardware type for vibrations and it's super weak now. I was missing pretty much all calls and notification until last week when I fixed it by making an obnoxiously long custom vibration pattern.
I didn't even know you could alter the pattern. It's been years since I've really cared to do much with my phone though tbh. Last two I spent more time deleting apps that came pre installed than anything else. I might have to look into that though. I honestly get more ghost rings/vibrations when it's in my pocket than actually noticing it going off. It's actually kind of wild to think about. I imagine it going off maybe three times a day but when it actually does go off I miss it around 80% of the time I'd say.
Download Good Lock, and then Sound Assistant from the Galaxy store. Sound Assistant gives you a lot more options than normal. Basically any new UI feature they force on you in updates can be changed in one of the Good Lock modules or another.

Always on vibrate
Edit: I mean this in the nicest way... some of you need to talk to a therapist
