well it's me. i have my ringer on. i'm not always on my phone so i need to actually hear when someone texts or calls me.

I also don’t really care if I miss a call. I own a business so there’s that but it’s consulting so not like my store can catch on fire. Otherwise I have no problem with my silent phone going off while I am blissfully unaware.

Same, I don't compulsively check my phone or always have it in my pocket or next to me. If I can't hear it, I might not know for hours.
