Context: I have been restricted on discord for "hate speech" 2 times on 2 different accounts for being vocal about a certain country needing to be region locked, I live in Asia and I have to deal with them on the daily, I can let the aim bot and ESP go in the past, but currently the game is unplayable for Asian servers because of the constant DDoS attacks. Imagine you're in the middle of a game and you buy an 18k gear set, and you then get DDoS... yeah...

I have to call them "Red Triangles" to avoid censorship but I think we all know what I'm pointing to.

These Red Triangles make up for 17% of the world's population yet are 99% of the headaches and problems statistically this is true!! my sources support these facts.

They have a terrible "Red Triangle Culture" where they shamelessly cheat more than anybody else, they exploit all the time, they invade your servers with their high ping, they DDoS your servers so nobody gets to have fun, spam promote cheats in all chat. Do you really want these Red Triangles in your game?

I have 1 example of these cheats that you may not even know is happening in your game.
I have plenty more but I can only post this 1.

I propose region locking "Red Triangle Land" so we can also get rid of ping limiters and play with our friends in other continents while at the same time kicking out invaders ruining our games. No this is not Red Triangle-ist, it is not my fault that they statistically are bad actors most of the time.

Wardogs needs to region lock Red Triangle Land if we want to weed out a majority of the cheaters and preserve the quality of the game. S1 was fun even with cheaters but S2 is unplayable NO EXAGGERATION I LITERALLY CANNOT PLAY THE GAME DUE TO THE DDOS ATTACKS LMAO.

The crazy thing is this is a reality. Numerous video games, movies, and books (media in general) have Chinese region exclusive versions due to "propoganda" China considers anti-Chinese in nature/philosophy. Fundementally their culture is incompatable with our own, otherwise we wouldn't be having this issue in the first place (that is in the context of cheating being socially acceptable). This is coming from someone who is literally Chinese (by blood and partially by culture).

Edit: For the people who are naive or ignorant about China: No, I'm not saying to put racist propaganda. I'm talking about anything that China (as in the country/government) considers immoral (like gore or blood), anti-communist (like tiananmen square or making fun of Xi Jinping for looking like whinnie the poo), or anti-nationalist (like saying Taiwan is a seperate country or Nine-Dash Line). What kind of person would suggest putting racist shit into a game??? Hello???

They literally have to create seperate servers for video games like LEAGUE OF LEGENDS. They have to edit DISNEY movies before it can be released in China. They edit and republish TEXTBOOKS. How is this now common knowledge for people that use the internet?

I call it: Bitrate destroyer 9000. It fixed when I got out of the heli. Somehow I made it back to base without blowing it up.

I’ve played LMGs as my main weapon in pretty much every shooter I’ve played, and I’m still trying to make them work in WarDogs. But honestly, have the devs even played LMGs themselves? Because these weapons are in an absolutely terrible spot right now.

• Without a bipod, they’re barely usable.
• The recoil is absolutely insane.
• ADS time with attachments can easily exceed 2 seconds.
• Using a bipod is a nightmare because apparently nobody has ever bothered to mow the grass in this game.
• And to top it all off, the bipod doesn’t even work at roughly 60% of the locations across the map.

Meanwhile, players with assault rifles can laser you from halfway across the map without breaking a sweat.

So, seriously, how the hell are we supposed to play LMGs in this game?

I’m genuinely frustrated with how poorly LMGs are balanced and how bad they feel compared to other weapon classes. I want to play LMGs because that’s my preferred playstyle, but right now, it feels like I’m putting myself at a massive disadvantage just for using the weapons I enjoy.

At this point, the only remotely viable option seems to be the PKM with a bipod, holding angles at around 100–400 metres.

LMGs need some serious love from the devs. I’m not asking for them to be overpowered, but at least make them usable without having to fight the weapon itself, the recoil, the ADS time, and the terrain all at once.

West coast, currently up. Xp\Farming server. I joined not knowing(I just saw a community server with a population) and player count was 44-0-0(BRG). Everyone on the scoreboard had 20+ revives.

I got kicked and received the message in the photo. Translates brokenly to “experience time is over. Please add group on discord and submit your steam ID to rejoin” there is most likely a payment expected at some point for this.

I understand this is early access with wipes, but the culture needs to be solidified now. While everything is still fresh. If a player comes across a server that’s exploiting the gamer, said player should have some recourse.

I think I speak for everyone when I say we absolutely love this game and don’t want it to be a s**t show.

I keep seeing complaints on thermals or recon or their bmr not doing enough damage or assault being too op whatever..I really think the biggest glaring issue with this game is the anti cheat and the current amount of cheats available for this game.

A simple Google search will find 100s, some of the bigger forums have lots of hacks that have been undetected since release.

Even users only using ESP put others at a crazy disadvantage.

Has there been any headway at all to prevent cheaters? The current system just is not working. Can we get any sort of official response.

I actually glad that Medic Bag is an earlier unlock now, it turned out to be a fun and useful item. However, i noticed a huge drops in xp and profits lately. And the reason is simple - defibrillator.

Now i don't callout for nerfs or buffs, but i'm sure there is something that can be done to still making bags viable, even tho some or most people already unlocked defibs.

Situation that been happening a lot lately: some unlucky mf get shot in the open, and a bunch of guys just look at him like sheep. I go in, throw smokes, and drag him back, getting some damage in the process. While i drag the body back, i already hear some of the sheep charging defib. 0 xp and profit. Even if you do manage to switch to the bag, resuscitators and defibs just res quicker, and even if i almost finished ressing i'm still getting nothing (not even reviving participation or something, like when you revive with hands). All i left to do is healing up, which brings laughful amount of money and xp (with a bag at least).

Don't get me wrong - i like defibs, and i like that we can get team back to action quicker. I'm just not happy that all my efforts go in vain. Maybe reviving participation would help, it would be something at least.

Anyway, i hope it will be balanced in some way, so all these tools have an actual use, Right now getting both defibs and medbag is simply better, and essentially deny everyone else from progressing medic skill line.

Joined brand new server, never interacted with anyone or even spoke so no idea who they even were. Just randomly targeted and he wouldnt leave me alone. I eventually went to work in FOB and he started terrorizing another.

Clip 1 Game started and I bought heli, repositioned to have people load in and he started ramming my heli at spawn. Barley recovered and dropped people off.

Clip 2 came back to HQ and started to report and he rammed me again

Clip 3 I came back to HQ in a new heli and he rams again.

What happened to "we will ban them, they still buy game again and we will ban them again"?

Where are 4 stages of anticheat?

Every game i play there are few guys with origami nickname suspiciously good. But you had to bend a knee due to bad reviews. Boo hoo.

Another issue - enter random community asia server, you'll see stuff simmilar to the screenshot - few people (with lvl's) bringing bot accounts(lvl 0) to the zone, killing them and reviving in the hot zone (bots are multiboxed - they move all at once - same input).

They farm like that and we have to play vs 50 cal day2 after wipe.

Was this game planned all along as a cash grab for few months of gameplay? It won't last longer if the issues persist. Nobody wants to play with the cheaters. People believed you would actually do something, we get the "there will be cheaters, report them and we will ban them". But they get to 150 lvl and still dominate the lobby.

I mostly play blue and some games we cant get any fob up because the damned HZ comes right to us as soon as the game starts so we cant get anything up and we’re fucked for the rest of the game. They need to make it so it doesn’t move until after a set time or point requirement.

Pros

• Roles to suit every playstyle. I'm nearing my 40s, and I don't have the reaction time or awareness to make a huge impact by chasing Hz. But I can still contribute through recon, medic, or logistics.
• The progression system is rewarding. It should be a mix of Seasons 1 and 2 in terms of grind. Reaching level 10 in each role isn't hard, so getting level 2–3 armor is completely doable (which is what most people complain about).
• Teamwork feels natural, not forced. Rewarding teamwork actions with XP and money is a great way to incentivize players to work towards a common goal.
• Sandbox. Do what you want, at your own pace. Self-explanatory.
• Community. One example: logi trucks must honk when passing others (it's the law!). If one gets overturned, players must help each other out. It reminds me of a turtle helping its upside-down buddy. It always brings a smile to my face.

Cons

• Progression is lackluster. I'll use recon as an example since it's the role I play the most. Season 1 had good progression with solid milestones: Range Finder → SVD → Mosin → Level 15 Silencer → SV-98 → Ghillie Suit → BMR → .50 cal. Each new item expanded what I could do on the battlefield, and reaching each milestone felt rewarding. Season 2's progression doesn't feel the same. Huge chunks of mid-level progression feel pointless. Marksman rifles seem to have been nerfed too much. Taking 4–5 hits to the chest is excessive, IMO. Rewards and XP scale with the distance of your shots, but the Mosin only has a 3x optic, making it feel almost impossible to land shots at 300–800 meters. With both of these issues, I found myself grabbing just the Range Finder and grinding my way to the SV-98 so I could actually start getting kills. It wasn't fun, and it didn't feel rewarding.
• Region and ping locks. I play on European servers, mainly in Eastern and Central Europe. The more Chinese players there are in a match, the more unplayable and unenjoyable it becomes. They exploited their way to levels 100–200 in the first few days (we've all seen the videos), making the game less enjoyable for the rest of us. They have their own servers, so why come to European ones just to play with higher ping? We all know why. I understand the negative reviews, but IMO, you either lose one group of players by implementing region locks or risk losing all of them by doing nothing. Pick your poison.
• Balancing. No, I'm not going to cry that headshots should be lethal regardless of the helmet. But damage should differ depending on whether I hit the face or the helmet. Thermals are simply OP, even with batteries. These are just two examples, but there are plenty of balancing issues across the different roles.

Both a Pro and a Con

• Talkative devs. They're receptive to feedback and seem to understand what they want from the game. BUT gamers aren't your friends. You're selling a product, and we're the customers. Keep it that way. I've seen too many devs get too buddy-buddy with the community, talk way too much, and try too hard to relate to players. They start thinking they're smarter than everybody else because they believe they "get it." Sooner or later, this always backfires, and the community turns against them.

Conclusion

Wardogs is a fun game with problems, but it has huge potential and devs who seem to understand what they're doing (for now). I guess this is what Early Access is for.

Devs, keep going. I hope you succeed.

Honestly how are people making money. Im level 104 and roughly 12- 20 in every class and i struggle so hard to make money. It used ti be with flying but that got gutted this season. As well as recon and building. Im not the worst at pvp but its just as often I get shot before I've paid off the 12k. Please help I have 400+ hours in the game.

My group of friends and I are located in EU servers. It is getting really bad.

It becomes more and more clear that US players are using Potato mode and Nvidia filter to cheat the game. So many US Content Creators and Streamers are promoting this, making the entire map glow and grass, trees, texture and stones disappear. And their fans follow them and justify it.

And all the Aimbotters. Constantly 3 shots to the head and 1 to the neck from all distances.

Last few days in EU have been kinda invaded by US Cheaters. They always cheat and when you accuse them they try to gaslight your team. When you start losing the argument they leave the Server asap before everyone mass reports them.

Every fucking time. In Tarkov atleast NA cheaters in EU would atleast be closet-cheaters doing their quests and stay away from people, only stealing all the high loots

How do we know it is US cheaters jumping on EU servers? They use local voice coms and brag about it. They actively engage in chat to gaslight and leave before the players can mass report them when their gaslighting doesn't work.

I was a logi/Fob player but as I engage in more Hotzone fights in this game, the more potential hackers I see. There are blatant chinese hackers almost every match in Eu south/central, but there are also many sus closet cheaters. Sometimes I die to 4 headshots from 300meters with an AL while I'm hiding in a bush, I open the score board and my opponent isn't running 15-0 of something.

I saw on tiktok people forcing Potato graphics on high end systems, this is just cheating too, it removes almost all of the foliage.

This game is becoming counter strike 2, the amounts of cheaters makes you suspect every death even to legit players

Overrun with Chinese cheaters. Tested out NA East for the first time and it's like playing a completely different game. I'm moving east, never returning back to west unless there's region locks or something is done to rectify the issue.
