This is going to cause a lot of disruption. I've already seen a ton of sites that have taken themselves down until they can patch.

it is indeed a boondocks reference. from the episode where Tom feels like he is losing his wife to Usher ("Tom, Sarah, and Usher") so he works with A Pimp Named Slickback to become more assertive(toxic). Tom simply calls him Slickback when they first meet and then is corrected that he needs to say the "A Pimp Named" part as well.

Anything running mediawiki should be down if the webmaster knows whats up, with the exception of Wikipedia as they have mitigations in place for this sort of thing iirc

It seems that anything that isn't cached in some way is down. Clicking around the homepage and seeing were the featured article take me will sometimes give me a page but otherwise it doesn't
