Troubleshooting Problem With Printer

I used my printed with wifi connection but in the wifi connection the double side printing not working properly. The customer care said the problem is with Lose wifi connection or problem in windows. So they offered me to use with a printer cable. But now the printing with the cable also makes some errors.

"double sided not working properly" ?? How do you mean ? Does it attempt to print double sided and jam ? Does it simply not allow you to choose double sided ?
Also did you allow windows to install the driver for you, or did you follow the supplied instructions with the printer to set up the driver.
Most problems with not being able to use certain features are because you don't have the correct driver, or it hasn't been told what options you have on the printer.
