The fact that the crowd’s response to “You protected pedophiles!” is to chant “USA! USA!” tells you everything about MAGA.

They aren’t denying it. They can’t. The entire GOP has been covering up the Epstein files, slow-walking the release, redacting Trump’s name. When you can’t defend it, you just chant USA louder to drown out the truth.

That protester is braver than everyone in that room combined.

They still defend it but I don't believe any of them actually believe it. My maga father admitted to me that pedophilia is not a deal breaker for home before he stormed out of family therapy.

It's not that he's getting anything from this.

It's that he believes children to be property. That's why they behave like this. That they act like everyone else is lying when others say it's actually terrible and harmful.

They've been brainwashed to believe that however evil their guys are, the other guys are MORE evil, and are bringing about MORE destruction. So they have to accept whatever because accepting the more evil other guys is obviously worse.

Just look at that Ramasmarmy attack ad in Ohio. It features Amy Acton's birth mother saying not to vote for Amy. Amy was sexually abused at 12 years old by her stepfather. It was so bad the state removed her and her brother from the home. Guess what her mom did? She stayed with the abuser, the pedophile, for the rest of his despicable life. She blamed Amy for what happened. And now she thinks a Republican is better suited for governor than Amy.

This is the reality we are dealing with. MAGA are all abusers, and now victims of abuse from their party, and they stay anyway.
