I don't understand why people criticize him for it, yes he could have been more firm and maybe take more actions, but remember, he is the first black president and every action or saying of his is under tight scrutiny by Republicans. They do whatever they can to make him fail. Also, pretty much the first 6 years of his tenure he was dealing with financial crisis and it's fall out, and at the same time Arab spring came along, then there is civil war in syria, the death of gaddafi, that led to ISIS, Obama wasn't dealt a good hand at all.

& i remember after his inauguration- he did not have democrats willing to fight with him - they abandoned him to win their elections instead of uniting -
republicans may. be fascists but they unify like .... cancer cells

Yep, why I can't stand when people faun all over Obama now. He spent his whole 1st term being dogged by accusations that he wasn't even really an American citizen. Democrats in Congress all ran screaming from Obamacare after they voted for it. People forget that he got about 2 years with his Congressional majority and Americans rewarded him with a historical landslide power shift to the Republican party.

All because he didn't clean up their mess fast enough.

"Faun over him" means praise him. You might have meant the opposite.

Such a truthful and horribly true answer.
