Was... my bet is on Samsung this time, since Hynix has good profits out of it and it's employees got biiiig bonuses.
Samsung gave smaller ones, which might trigger someone high enough to snitch out the others so Samsung comes out on top...
But I am just random Joe, know nothing, so I just post this so I can later say "I told you so" :) Now I need to make 2 more comments naming the other companies to cover all the bases

Sadly it will not going to be a "This time". This time there is no political will to do anything about it. And this opinion has nothing political about it, it is just stating the facts. The Trump administration has gutted the regulatory bodies so much, and purged so deep the Justice Departament of the career/professional cadre in favor of sycophants and loyalists, that there is no one there that can prosecute these kind of transgressions any more.

Not even close, there was legit a court case about how Pepsi was price fixing and helping Walmart, and it got buried at the federal level in early 2024. Yet Coke hasn’t done a damn bit, nor other markets etc.

No idea why that happened. 🙃
