I have IBS and therefore have to severly limit my diet. Mind you half the stuff on this list is food I really enjoy eating, or is virtually included in everything 🙃 the universe said you WILL eat that boiled chicken and rice and you WILL LIKE IT

Yeah I’m a vegan (in the southeast US) with IBS. I’m not sure how I survive lol
