You can go to https://synthid.com/, sign in and then directly upload any image you want

Sorry, I didn't know synthid.com was paid, I never paid a cent to use it (and I never will lol)

Also (and I might be remembering it wrong) I think using the OpenAI one only detects if things were made with OpenAI tools, while synthid.com detects anything with a synthid signature in it no matter what tool/model was used to create it, right?

From OpenAI's detection tool FAQ:

What if no signal is found?

If no signal is detected, it means the tool did not find supported signals in the uploaded file.

The content could still have been generated by OpenAI if its metadata was stripped or tampered with, its watermark was degraded, it came from a legacy generation model, or it was created before provenance signals were available. Content could also still be AI-generated by another company’s model, which the tool currently does not detect.
