Sounds like a work problem. Guess the OP will just have to keep putting tickets in. If they're in the US, OSHA tip off

Ed1: Oops, wrong shape for the plug. Which country uses those...

Ed2: hmmm, it's a type J or N I think...so not many countries. Either way, not the OPs problem to fix
