There are 165 people debating on a 10second problem.get a pair of insulated plyers and pull that pin out.its just a pin. No rocket science

Especially if you flick the trip switch for the socket loop first.

To do it safe yes, but with the right tool , i skip that part. If its an office building good luck finding the right breaker.
