Is this American? I ask because in England I've never heard of giving extra money to a tattoo artist after agreeing on how much money I'm going to give them. Why wouldn't they just give the total cost upfront?
They expect a tip which is often a sizable expectation. They have clients that bring them rare pokemon cards or add 50% tip. It’s wild especially when the prices are so high for good work here
