Just say "fuck off, I like guns". It's not a good argument but it's literally the only one you have. Every data point says less guns in the population makes the population safer. I say that as a gun owner.

Giving up your guns means permanently outsourcing your safety to the state and trusting that criminals who never follow the law anyway will suddenly decide to play fair. You cannot be this dumb.
