Is this American? I ask because in England I've never heard of giving extra money to a tattoo artist after agreeing on how much money I'm going to give them. Why wouldn't they just give the total cost upfront?
Its an american thing, im good friends with my artist and always pay exactly what she asked, if its a long session i may drop by with some coca cola or buy her lunch if we stop to eat, but i wouldnt tip, shes her own boss she can ask for more lmao
