DISCUSSION Any Devs who could take over?

So the news is a huge kick in the balls. Is that truly it then or would there be any chance EA could sell the IP? Honestly coudnt see it going to CD Project or Bethesda. Dk if there's anyone else who could take over ot will EA just let the franchise rot out of spite?

Didn't Amazon close their gaming studios? They laid off all but a handful of their devs at multiple locations.

They don't need to own the developer if they own the IP.

okay the discussion here is which developer would be the best for ME5, Amazon the guy you responded to you said just closed their gaming studios, Larian and CDPR aren’t gonna work on it, period, Larian is busy with Divinty and CDPR is already working on Cyberpunk 2

Larian I think won't do it even if they had the manpower and time because they probably won't do it for any franchise they don't get equity in. CDPR is busy with Witcher 4 and cyberpunk 2. While we're throwing out left field picks, Rockstar North probably has the capital to buy it.
