DISCUSSION Any Devs who could take over?

So the news is a huge kick in the balls. Is that truly it then or would there be any chance EA could sell the IP? Honestly coudnt see it going to CD Project or Bethesda. Dk if there's anyone else who could take over ot will EA just let the franchise rot out of spite?

Companies rarely sell IP's these days because they don't want others making a profit even if they have no interest in doing anything with it. The only way I see another game happening is if they contract another studio, but most studios wouldn't want to work with EA

see thats it cause whatever money EA could get for Mass Effect if a competent developer bought it they would make well over 10 fold what they paid for it so EA is like nah the money is not worth it its generally better for us to just leave it on a shelf and maybe eventually come back to
