DISCUSSION Any Devs who could take over?

So the news is a huge kick in the balls. Is that truly it then or would there be any chance EA could sell the IP? Honestly coudnt see it going to CD Project or Bethesda. Dk if there's anyone else who could take over ot will EA just let the franchise rot out of spite?

Companies rarely sell IP's these days because they don't want others making a profit even if they have no interest in doing anything with it. The only way I see another game happening is if they contract another studio, but most studios wouldn't want to work with EA

EA has plenty of their own though. They could give it to uh... Maxis. :P That's just a joke but they do have stuff like DICE, Respawn and a bunch of EA branded ones.
