DISCUSSION Any Devs who could take over?

So the news is a huge kick in the balls. Is that truly it then or would there be any chance EA could sell the IP? Honestly coudnt see it going to CD Project or Bethesda. Dk if there's anyone else who could take over ot will EA just let the franchise rot out of spite?

I wouldn't my breath. Granted, all of this is brought on, in part, due to EA being changed up as far as ownership goes. It's not impossible. But EA has a reputation.

I feel like they'd rather have the IP die than someone else making money with it.

It would not surprise me if EA has killed more IPs than games studios they own have developed and released games.
