iOS iOS 26.7.1 Can’t upvote last comment on threads 2026.41.0

Post image
• Upvotes

I’m unable to upvote the very last comment in a thread when there’s no content (like an ad) below it.

However, if there’s content below the very last comment, then the upvote button works.

Screenshot of a thread where tapping the upvote button won’t accept a vote. The workaround is to hit reply to the comment and then tap the upvote button.

iOS [iOS] Reddit shows “Wow such empty” after unsubscribing to one Reddit page

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I don’t like [r/pokemongo](r/pokemongo), so I unsubscribed, but now everything went away on the Home Screen when I did. Rarely, posts show up, but it’ll only show one or two random post from my Favorite subreddits, that’s it. How do I get everything to show up again? (For context, I have 9 favorite subreddits)

Mobile Web [Mobile Web] Login (and everything else) is impossible on mobile web

Post image
1 Upvotes

When trying to load mobile web without an already logged in session, there is an uncloseable popup that redirects to the app. There is no way to dismiss this popup. There is no way to actually reach a login prompt.

This makes the mobile site, quite literally, unusable. You may as well have served a static image.

Also, call me old fashioned, but I refuse to install an app for what should be a working website.

Dev/Admin Responded iOS- notifications being strange

Never posted anything like this before, but as of last night, my notifications only show up on my inbox, rather than popping up on my device when not on Reddit, includes dms, comment replies etc.

My inbox in the app still shows the numbered notifications, but when outside of the app nothing shows up.
My permissions for notifications are all correct and turned on, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, logging out if this account, none of it has worked.

When I have reinstalled the app, when notification permissions were asked for, it came up with ‘something went wrong’ at the bottom, so that might be part of it. However, I don’t think this started from deleting and reinstalling the app.

Hopefully someone knows a way to fix this, it’s really annoying me as of right now

Desktop Web [Desktop web] Hacked NSFW post appears deleted to me but is still visible to other users

My Reddit account, u/--Jantzen, was compromised, and the attacker published an explicit NSFW post without my permission.

The post does not appear in my profile on desktop, and when I try to open its link, I cannot access it. However, another Reddit user can still see the post in my profile.

I cannot delete the post myself because it appears unavailable or already removed on my side. I am concerned that this explicit content remains publicly accessible under my account.

I have already changed my password, logged out other sessions, enabled 2FA, and submitted an account recovery report to Reddit Support.

Processing video 41hf7xo2xuwh1...

and this is what appear in desktop, the announcement than my other post , nothing show up about that NSFW post

Processing img km5og1ojxuwh1...

But another user still can see the NSFW post made by the hacker, the link is https://www.reddit.com/r/SAVr4r/comments/1xaxejo/23tf4m_shy_but_craving_your_cock_in_my_mouth

Processing img pw3mvzr3yuwh1...

And also Because of that post, I'm unable to disable the NSFW flag on my account becaue of that post

Could the admins investigate this post and remove the unauthorized content completely? I can provide the direct URL and screenshots showing the difference between what I see and what other users can see.

Thank you,

Mobile Web [Mobile web] reddit kind of deleted my account?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

For a reason or another, all of my old posts got deleted by reddit's filters and whenever I post something it does too. I can still comment and upvote, but whenever I do they get deleted too. E.g. I went back to look at my old replies to comments, and they all say deleted by moderator and deleted user. What's going on?

iOS iOS - Email Links Don’t Direct to Post

Post image

It’s been going on for a couple days now possibly a week. The emailed posts I get open my Reddit app when I click or directs me to Reddit if I have the app open already but none of the links actually take me to the post.

SC of the error received from every link I select in my Reddit emails. Can’t reach Reddit, as I’m reading the error IN Reddit.

Desktop Web [Desktop web - Chrome] I can't see usernames

Thumbnail gallery

I’m having an issue with Reddit on Windows 10 64-bit using Google Chrome. Usernames aren’t showing up when I use Reddit normally, but they are visible in the mobile app. Weirdly, if I open Reddit in an Incognito window, the usernames show up normally. I’m not using any Reddit-related extensions, and I’ve already cleared my cookies, but the issue is still there. Any idea what could be causing this?

iOS [iOS] App deliberately resets to Home feed after locking phone for a few minutes

Serious question.

I leave Reddit open, right in the middle of reading an interesting thread. I don't switch apps. I don't send Reddit to the background. I simply lock my phone.

Five minutes later, I unlock it.

And here's the interesting part: Reddit is still exactly where I left it. I can actually see the thread I was reading for a brief moment.

Then the app itself decides to navigate back to the Home feed and refresh everything.

So this isn't a case of iOS killing the app or Reddit losing its state. The app clearly still knows exactly where I was. It just decides to throw that information away.

Why?

Who benefits from this behavior?

Why would anyone deliberately design an app to interrupt what the user was doing simply because they locked their phone for a few minutes?

I was reading something interesting. I had to attend to something else briefly. When I came back, Reddit actively destroyed that interaction, and now I may never find that thread again.

And for what? A freshly updated Home feed that I never asked for?

Please explain why refreshing the Home feed is considered more important than preserving what the user is actually doing.

This isn't a request for some fancy new feature. It's a request for the app to stop actively disrupting the user.

It's incredibly frustrating, completely unnecessary, and frankly, terrible UX.

iOS Comment sorting button suddenly disappeared everywhere on iOS

Hi Reddit team,
The comment sorting button has suddenly disappeared from every post on my account.
I can no longer sort comments by Best, Top, New, Controversial, or Old.
The issue occurs both in the official Reddit iOS app and in Safari on reddit.com. It started suddenly, without me changing any settings.
I’ve tried accessing Reddit through both platforms, but the sorting options are missing everywhere.
Is this part of an A/B test or a planned UI change? If so, is there any way to restore the comment sorting options?
This feature is important to my Reddit experience, and I’d appreciate any clarification.

Thank you !

iOS iOS - Stats not updating

Thumbnail reddit.com
0 Upvotes

My Reddit post in r/fuckHOA received over 1.8 million views, 5,202 upvotes, and 776 comments.
However, the Post Insights statistics appear to have stopped updating properly.
I’m using the Reddit iOS app.
Could an administrator please investigate whether Post Insights statistics are updating correctly for older viral posts?
I understand that the first-48-hours graph is historical, but I would expect the cumulative statistics to continue updating.
I have attached a screenshot showing the problem.
Thank you.

Dev/Admin Responded chrome : Videos missing from r/nba and r/nfl on certain accounts only (visible via multireddit and domain pages)

Videos (at least streamable.com and v.redd.it videos are confirmed) don’t show up in the feeds of r/nba and r/nfl on my account and many other redditors accounts. It started about a week ago, and it seems to affect only some accounts.

This problem happens in only a small number of accounts because not that many people reported this issue. I don't know why do these accounts have this problem.

Videos not visible on subs like https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/ https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/

Videos are visible at domain links like https://old.reddit.com/domain/streamable.com/ https://old.reddit.com/domain/v.redd.it/top/

Checking the sub from a multireddit link like https://www.reddit.com/r/nba+reddit/top/ shows the videos.

Firefox, Chrome, Edge, all fine with different accounts and incognito mode. It is only certain accounts that has this problem. Changing to old or new design, relogin, removing cache and cookies didn't fix the problem. Blocked users / muted communities is not the cause. New posts (https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/new/) doesn't work too.

Also reported here :

https://www.reddit.com/r/bugs/comments/1x9gf1o/videos_not_showing_up_ios/ https://www.reddit.com/r/help/comments/1xb9t42/highlights_in_sports_subreddits/ https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1xb9pzb/old_reddit_doesnt_show_highlights_on_this_sub/

Some other affected redditors with the same problem, please comment and upvote this post :

u/Biteup u/ClarenceWithHerSpoon u/SerenadeSwift u/HokageEzio u/mcolwander90 u/lebryjamy u/femboyfootsniffer_ u/I_Am_Bambi u/drpepper7557 u/ZhaloSupercell u/Old_gregg23 u/Mtown11111 u/ashwinr136 u/crunchydinosaurs u/IKIR115

Claude AI couldn't find a fix, instead says that since it’s account-specific and only the single-subreddit listing is affected, this looks like a server-side issue tied to the account. Could the admins take a look?

Also I can't post on https://www.reddit.com/r/help/submit?selftext=true it says "*required" even though I choose "Access" from "choose a flair". Any fix?

Android Android , is reddit having some issues with its filter ?

I recently deleted my 1 year 374k karma profile when I was going through stuff , I noticed that all my posts even those that I didn't delete were also gone by reddit's filters , is there a possible reason why this happened ? Everything was working perfectly fine and my QCS was moderate

I'm using the same email as my old account on this account

Dev/Admin Responded [Android] Reddit app reloads way too often - version 2026.41.0.2641080

The reddit app reloads much too often. If I click into a post and read it for a minute or so and click back, the posts all refresh. I click into a post to check out some pictures and then click back, the posts all refresh. I click to watch a video and then go back to the other posts, the page refreshes. Swipe down to clear the picture so I can read the post, nope, refresh instead.

I want to be in control of when my page refreshes. I don't want the app to auto refresh. It makes me lose my place in the posts and I miss out on other posts I would have clicked on.

This happens without fail if I move to another app for even a second and go back to reddit. The moment I try to go back, all the posts refresh. It's very frustrating.
