Yeah, I'm sure there are absolutely zero anti-AI zealots who rage about the environmental impact of people using AI while routinely using and doing things that are far worse. (And make dumb remarks and try to deflect when somebody points out how hypocritical they are.) Yeah, people like that totally don't exist.

See I agree with this in video game applications. Using AI on generic stuff like making the texture of a gun, or making a tree in the background could free up artists for more meaningful things.

Most if not all of their problems with AI don’t stem from the technology but how capitalism rewards screwing the environment and consumers. Don’t know how this is hard to understand.
