What are you on about? The email covered many areas. And the new “requirements” are too extreme from Airbnbs part.
As a host you should be allowed to set house rules, as a guest you should be allowed to choose whether you want to stay in Airbnb A or B or C, it’s up to you. Free market should work for both ends.
I personally don’t ask my guests to do cleaning, BUT I do ask them to sign (during e check in) an agreement (just as literally any and all hotels do when you check in at the front desk) to cover myself from any liabilities or scammers (which are far too many), and to comply with state law on guest registrations, so as per Airbnb I can’t do that anymore?
Yeah the number of times I've arrived at an AirBnB and then the host directs me to a binder of do's and dont's and a fucking cleaning list for my last day is way too high.

So you’d rather get free labor than do your part? You’re charging market rates and expecting people to clean for you? Wake up
