You might assume that, but it’s not what our reviews and feedback tell us.

So...the small subset people who voluntarily interacted with you preferred voluntarily interacting with you...yes a fascinating outcome.

I assume assume like all AirBnB hosts you just harass people until they withdraw bad feedback?

What horrible way of interacting with people are you projecting on someone you've never met and know absolutely nothing about? If people don't want to be a my guest, why do they book repeat visits? Just because you're a misanthrope doesn't mean everybody else is.

Your entire original comment was you assuming the preferences of people.

Yeah, the majority of people don't want you annoying them. You citing the extreme minority who are self-selected to be that minority isn't great evidence.

I'm not assuming anything. I'm looking at the evidence of all my interactions with guests and all the positive reviews I've received. Where are you even getting this idea that I'm annoying people? I don't even live in the same state. You're just making assumption after assumption. You don't seem to have a clue what sharing your home in a way that makes them feel like guests rather than customers might mean.

You said you're Treating them like guests... is it turning out you're in fact not doing that and you're just using a really bad description of what you're doing?

For instance, if you don't live in the state... then you're clearly not 'sharing your home' So do you just not know how to use words?

I live here part of the year. I rent it out when I’m not. My hosting is extremely successful from a guest satisfaction perspective. You’re not adding anything to my understanding of how to be good host, and don’t seem to be a host yourself, so I’m not engaging in this pointless back and forth anymore.

Yeah, you're just double talking... you treat them like guests in your home...but you're not there.
So it seems you're just saying stuff that you're not doing and you've got some bizarre mental definition of what that means.
