Do you leave your food at food courts?

I feel like you are trying to do a "gatcha" here with this to establish a point. I throw away my food because it is the right thing to do when done eating. Most people should do that. Unfortunately, not everyone is raised with that mindset and will leave food. Hence, why food courts have janitors.

A Short Term Rental is not a food court, though. It is a Short Term Rental. Not Long Term with a landlord. Charge a cleaning fee and hire a cleaner, do it yourself, or get out of the business.

The service is a room in a place that happens to have other amenities like a kitchen in a shared space. The service is not "maid 24/7 to clean after you for $30usd/night". Most Airbnb guests think they can pretend to be landlords and bosses for their fees.

Raise your prices. Get better clientele. It works.

I have now and it works! The cheaper they pay the more entitled they get, it's out of frustration. Still with higher fees there is still some entitlement, it's only a room so you can only go so high
