This just makes no sense whatsoever. Of all the things to claim someone to be, why bother claiming this? Do they understand the meaning of the word humanitarian? It’s like they go absolutely out of their way to tell a lie.

I bet he thinks that humanitarian is someone who eats humans, that's why he said that.

That's the only explanation. A vegetarian eats vegetables. Humanitarians eat humans.
