It's baffling how this didn't end his internet career. The demented lack of humanity displayed by him and everyone else in that video is sickening

u/SarcasmisEasier Sep 21 '26

Still blows my mind that "the suicide forest incident" guys are somehow still relevant.Ā

Then again, somehow so is "dead rat rotting in the sun for an alarm clock" guy and "multiple uses of the n-word on stream but he's Swedish so it's ok" guy.Ā

The kids just kept following them as they grew up.

The majority of viewership of these clowns are young teens.

2

u/Cufantce 26d ago

Man that asmond dude makes me physically sick. The amount of people who then quote him like he's some idealist is genuinely concerning.

3

u/Terlooy 29d ago

Is the last one pewdiepie? He said it once on the "bridge accident" and apologised for it. And I don't mean "Sorry I got caught" apology but real genuine apology

1

u/Ben10-fan-525 28d ago

He has a racist caricature in one of his videos does he not?

-1

u/SarcasmisEasier 29d ago edited 25d ago

Yes it is him. And the bridge was at least the 2nd time it had happened.

Edit: Always funny when this gets brought up that I get down voted. I can only assume those people are ok with supporting racists.

2

u/Abandonment_Pizza34 29d ago

Has it ever occured to you that no one actually cares about any of this shit and the outrage over such things is always overblown and manufactured?

2

u/Ben10-fan-525 28d ago

Which incidents do you mean are overblown?

3

u/Abandonment_Pizza34 27d ago

Every single one mentioned. PewDiePie's audience didn't care about "the bridge incident" at all, they mostly laughed and memed about it. Logan Paul's viewers didn't go anywhere because of his nasty stunt in Japan. And Asmongold has fully embraced his "roach king" fame. In fact I'd say the pearl-clutching attitude expressed by more mainstream media actually helped these guys gain notoriety, Internet culture cherishes scandalous entertainers pushing the envelope.

Unless of course they actually do something universally hated and morally abhorrent, like child molestation, then it's over.

2

u/Ben10-fan-525 27d ago

Thats a shame...so as long as they arent doing universally bad acts(even tho Logan Paul and Asmongold do it a ton too)they wont get cancelled...

1

u/SarcasmisEasier 25d ago

"People didn't care he was a little racist"

"People were ok with making making light of suicide"

Asmon.. the rat thing is the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more to that story.Ā

Point is, these are things people should be appalled over. But, the shitty truth is that people suck and decided to keep supporting shitty people. It's not about "one bad actor" or "one incident" (at least 2 for pewds btw), it's about a culture that accepts these things as ok.

u/SolidLegacy1 Sep 22 '26

This and him being a scammer are the only things I know he's done

His face perfectly captures that moment in life when you realise you've shat the bed and it's all about to go down hill real fast.

1

u/AnB85 29d ago

You really shouldn’t put your bed on a hill in that case

9

u/Gigachad_in_da_house Sep 21 '26

He's not playing by the pre-determined rules! I'm dead!

7

u/isc12180 Sep 21 '26

This. He would have played along if Logan knew how to STFU. IMS? One round ended, Logan ran his mouth. AJ came out in real fight mode and said "F the check!". Knew Jake could not sue, as they contract would go public. Then he cant claim he won real fights.

2

u/Hugglestorm 29d ago

Nah, I think the ā€œplanā€ was always that AJ would win the fight. Paul was banking on being able to spend the fight running away for enough time to tank the damage (hence the way bigger ring) so that he could claim he went the distance against an obscenely talented boxer, and obviously he must be better than everyone AJ has bodied. This was all about laundering Paul’s reputation; there was never any hope of winning. Paul’s actually got some hilarious pre-fight interviews where you can see him try and talk himself out of a panic attack in real time.

Zhamsters….

u/XDon_TacoX Sep 21 '26

I am just glad I never had to hear anything related to his career after that, tha guy literally punched his jaw out of my feed.

Than you so much!

6

u/Asufni Sep 21 '26

For sure, shame he can still talk though

All I ever see is a deltoid that looks like it's as big as my head.

-17

u/ItsSpaghettiLee2112 Sep 21 '26

Is a deltoid just incel vocabulary for an annoying airplane?

1

u/Z3400 28d ago

Wtf does this even mean? A "deltoid" is actually the group of muscles that make up your shoulder.

-1

u/ItsSpaghettiLee2112 28d ago

No shit, Sherlock.

-6

u/noveltyisthe Sep 21 '26

Deltoid is incel is the new voice of America

1

u/VoidYordle 28d ago

Ye, idk why people feel the need to edit stuff like that. Authentic is better.

My first awards, thanks so much guys šŸ‘

Keep up the good fight

u/SnooSketches1641 Sep 21 '26

The moment Joshua was finally able to corner that rat was one of the best moments for true professional sport ever. Subscribers and views can't protect you against a heavyweight champion.

1

u/kieranfitz 29d ago

And his smile

20

u/Massive_Analysis8345 Sep 21 '26

Oh so that’s what happens when he goes against real opponents???

5

u/RevenantExiled Sep 22 '26

Punched so hard in the face that you go full into Daddy Chill mode

2

u/universaltoilet Sep 21 '26

Jake has that Warrior ethos, "Send me!"

2

u/TheB3rn3r Sep 21 '26

It’s called failing up

2

u/H4mm3r_D4nc3 29d ago

For some reason this image seems to foreshadow the global situation. We have a joke of a president in the ring with other countries who are tired of the US spouting ā€œUSAā€ and ā€œwe’re #1ā€ to the world…and the rest of the world is just setting us up for this type of devastating punch. Smile and surprised pikachu face on get up included. I just can’t shake the feeling. We’re too loud and often wrong these days. In the public’s eye at least. There’s probably way more going on than they’ll tell us but we’re most likely at war already.

2

u/ProfessionalStay5797 29d ago

That was some fucking punch mind šŸ˜‚

2

u/jello_kraken Sep 21 '26

Honestly, i'm impressed he could take that hit and not be knocked the fuck out. He's a trash human, but that's kind of a crazy chin game.

5

u/noveltyisthe Sep 21 '26

He received lots of cuck training and chin shots and back shots were SOP…

-1

u/ValjeanLucPicard Sep 21 '26

Yeah, we will both get downvoted because this is a hate Jake Paul party. The guy has boxed on a decent level for a few years now so he knew exactly what was going to happen when he stepped in there, and still agreed to it. I was too old to watch him as a youtuber, but he has given a lot of former MMA guys a payday and spoken out on behanf of fighters for years now. I'll give him his props there.
