If this is an issue the government is taking seriously, then why aren’t they going after employers? Are you telling me we can’t have a verification process that prevents someone not eligible to work from working? If the company is negligent in its verification then they should be heavily fined. If the process was nationwide and uniformed then why would we have an issue.
