Maybe so, but at least one millennial run restaurant near me uses it as a generic term for sandwich. It’s extremely irritating to me. A millennial.

Made with Japanese milk bread and you remove the crust and usually with unconventional fillings not eaten in America on a traditional sandwich. Cream and strawberries sandos are so good.
