Yeah, admittedly, I have a few that overlap so I dont really know where one ends and the other begins, but I hear this talked a lot in ADHD circles 🤷‍♀️

tbf there's tons of symptoms which overlap between adhd, anxiety, depression, and autism (not necessarily all at once)
