It's a roll-on topical kinda gel-like mixture that's supposed to relieve pain. There was also ACTIVE ON which I remember being marketed more toward athletes or just more active people in general. I guess you were supposed to use Head On for your headaches and Active On for everything else.

It was literally just a tube of wax that relied on the placebo effect. It didn't do anything.
