The amount of slurs we used to throw around as kids makes me cringe so fucking hard.

And I grew up in a rural, RURAL area, so that included the N-word :(

I grew up at the edge of the Chicago suburbs. Slurs for every color of the rainbow were hurled about with reckless abandon.

These young GenZ who wish they could have experienced the 90s would not have enjoyed it between the slurs and random punches thrown.

"What are you? Gay?" My gay friend to me after I merely commented on flowers.

I was baby sitting my friends kid. The little knucklehead used the n word when talking referring to his friends. He was Indian/White.

Non black kids use the n word a lot, even Indians and east Asians. But at least they are socially conscious enough not to use that word when black kids are around. But it comes up a lot if they are within their social group.

Gay is still an insult too.
