Weed gives me wicked anxiety but i still think it's better than alcohol

Exactly, I've never heard of anyone smoking weed and then beating their children.

I don't really smoke no but i do edibles instead but very low dosage. It doesn't take much to get me buzzed. Im talking 0.5mg would give me a light high. I've tried a bit more like 1.5mg and I genuinely forgot 3 hours in the day and ended up fighting waves of anxiety. But I try and take like once a week. Since the edibles last so long i really space out when i take it. Mostly on weekends when im home though.

I hear ya on that, weed anxiety is weird. Way back in the day I smoked daily, like full stoner status. Then all of a sudden one day it just started to give me gnarly anxiety. Eventually ended up quitting cuz there was no chance of getting back to a nice chill mellow high. Miss it for sure, but prolly for the better I guess lol

Depends on where you live maybe but you can buy low thc medical weed/rolls/edibles. The weed is like 5/6 percent thc and has more cbd. Totally chill and balanced and it won't glue you to the couch.
