News DockNest – iPhone-style app folders for your Mac's Dock

Hi everyone, I'm the developer of DockNest. It lets you put apps into folders and open them straight from the Dock, like on iPhone and iPad, so the Dock stays tidy. Pricing is a one-time €14.99, no subscription. The license works on 2 Macs and the app is notarized by Apple. There's no free trial, but you can get a refund within 14 days. I'd love to hear which apps you'd group first and what's missing. I'll answer every comment. https://docknest.store

Totally, Spotlight is faster for a lot of people. Full disclosure, I'm the developer of an app that puts folders in the Dock, so I'm biased towards the visual approach. Some people like to browse instead of type, and that's who I built it for. Appreciate the input!

It's not saturday. And that price is ridiculous.

Fair enough, price is always subjective. It's a one-time payment with no subscription, but I get that it's not for everyone

This looks a nice idea and the price is fair, but why the website shows fake animations instead of real mac os screen recordings? Can’t we see how it looks like?
