What else can I use to relax my hole for a fist besides poppers? I have been using poppers for the last two years on my fisting journey and now I think I've developed an issue with them. I'm currently taking mounjaro (the magical weight loss drug) for my diabetes and ever since starting it have not been able to clean out properly. When I was taking metformin cleaning out was a breeze and I had the added benefit of creating my own arse lube due to it, but mounjaro seems to cause me nothing but problems and I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this (and if they have found a way around it).

I know the drug tries to keep food matter in the colon for longer to give a feeling of being full for longer, as well as slowing down digestion to a snails pace, but I am looking for a way to get around this and be able to clean out.

Of course I would prefer not to be on it, but my diabetic nurse doesn't feel me not being able to clean out as thoroughly as when taking Metformin is a good enough reason to change my medication (annoyingly, Mounjaro is helping me control my diabetes).

I was wondering if anyone else has experience with this and how they have got round it.

The only alternative I have thought of is to embrace being dirty and get over my dislike for scat but doing so is hard work, not to mention it not being a popular kink to embrace!
