What else can I use to relax my hole for a fist besides poppers? I have been using poppers for the last two years on my fisting journey and now I think I've developed an issue with them. Having a hard time with lung capacity the next day. I love to be fisted and wondered what else would relax me the same way 😣🐷✊🏿

I know a lot of folks will say it’s mental, but i feel like if i don’t warm up with toys before fisting my hole is just gonna be really tight at first. And i feel like my hole naturally requires some pressure to be entered especially with bigger hands. idk i always feel a little embarrassed if it takes me too long to open up because when i do it’s quite accommodating, but the guys i’ve played with have pretty loose holes
