If you don’t know who n1tr0l is he full cheats in tournaments. I think he won 12 of 12 games in a tournament not to long ago. There’s sooo many videos clips of him full tracking ppl through walls and mountains at a far distance where he could have no idea they are even there. I mean he’s clearly cheating it’s not even a question but the real question is why epic allows it in a tournament? Theres no way they don’t know when everyone else on the internet who watches him knows. Just wanna hear you opinions on why epic continues to let him full rage of legit skilled players who put a lot of time and effort into this game.

Curve & Xavi dominated this zero build reload cup by winning with a lead of 195 points. This is without many pros queuing up for this. All the pros will play zero build FNCS. It's going to be a whitewash. A 4v4 zero build token proves nothing

I see that all or most of the pros on controller doesn't use quick weapon an uses the og setting to change weapons, the l1-r1, Is there an explanation for that or is only preference,I don't think quick weapon is that bad

Hey everyone and Epic Dev Team,
I have a quality-of-life suggestion for the "Simple Edit" feature that would completely fix its biggest competitive disadvantage: the lack of visual information when editing existing structures.
The Current Problem:
When you use traditional editing, holding the edit bind opens the grid and makes the wall, ramp, or cone translucent. This allows you to see right through the piece to track your opponent's movement before you release and confirm the edit.
Currently, Simple Edit doesn't let you do this. It edits the piece instantly on a tap. Because you can't hold to see through the structure, you are essentially editing "blind," making it incredibly easy to walk right into an enemy's crosshair or misalign your peek.
The Solution: "Confirm Simple Edit on Release" (Hold to See Through)
How it works mechanically on an existing build:
Why this is a game-changer:
• Competitive Parity: It gives Simple Edit users the exact same "see-through tracking" advantage that traditional grid-editors have always had.
• Perfect Peek Timing: You can perfectly time your ramp or cone edits based on exactly when the opponent pulls out their shotgun or switches weapons.
• No Speed Penalty: It confirms instantly on release, maintaining the signature speed of the Simple Edit setting.
This small setting tweak would make Simple Edit fully viable for high-level box fighting and competitive play!

can someone explain why we are still forced to watch the biggest tournaments through that shit broadcast system that still lags all the time doesnt capture mechanics shots look slugish af etc. i would literally be watching all fucking day if we could have the actual players pov like when streaming but we still have that shit replay mode whatever the fuck that is. I believe it would be a much more enjoyable viewing experience and there would be more viewers as well

I jumped into ranked play for the first time this past weekend and I can see why so many people are complaining. It’s bad out there. And it’s a combination of two things that make it particularly bad. At least for me.
To get it out of the way, I’ll mention SBMM first. Ranking through Gold and Platinum, I was only killed by Unreal players. Why the F are there Unreal players in mid-tier games?
Changes to audio/visual support options make it hard for folks like me to stand a chance. Getting caught with no warning and with how low TTK is this season doesn’t feel right. No, it’s worse than that. It’s poor balance and game design.
Honorable mention: Speaking of TTK, movement is more important than ever. KBM players are at a significant advantage over joypad players. PC players with their customizations and addons are at a significant advantage over console players. Why don’t we have the option to queue against similar system and control schemes? This is basic.
What else has people feeling off about the current state of pvp? And don’t bother commenting if you’re closeted. Thanks.

I'm wondering which way is better when doing cone flips/cone 90s. Pros and "good players" tend to hold the edit and do a blueprint reset and select the right tiles (like shown below). But other players including me just reset the entire cone and then edit it again. But I'm thinking of switching it as it looks/seems cleaner and less likely to mess up. Is there any benefit to either.

I’m watching Peterbots solo reload victory cup.
The dude has died to a cheater 4/10 of his matches.
It reminds me of when I used to compete.
Teamers & cheaters always in the top 100 manipulating the leaderboards.
It’s honestly such a joke of a “competitive” game.

Hey, I'm an EU player (Switzerland) playing NAC cups using a GearUP/HYPEREV router.
If I set my router node to US-Central (Iowa): I get 130–140 ms real ping.
If I set my router to US-East (Virginia): in NAC games it shows fake ping (0) and feels delayed (~150 ms).
For NAC tournaments, is it better to force US-Central directly on the router, or stay on US-East because it's closer to Europe?
Thanks!

What do you guys think of the whole situation?
r/FortniteCompetitive • u/Mission-Seesaw-4456 • 10d ago
this was solo FNCS on NAC where qual was top 1k (226 points) i got 198
these are both of the half and half zones from every game i made it off spawn in. i legit pulled no zones, and then in endgame, zones 8–12, i was continuously getting max pulls bro 😭
i know if i was better at the game, i most likely would've qualed anyway, but were these zones just extremely hard to qual from if youre not that crazy at the game?

This is something we've been working on for a while: a model that quantifies, in real-time for all players in a game, the quality of their current state, given:
With this model, we hope to do some cool things, like:
We'll be testing it out this weekend on Solo FNCS Fast Track and Round 3 games, and hopefully it will be ready for Heats and Grands.
If things go well, we plan to augment the model into a unified approach for solos, duos, and trios.
Example below for PWR Anon's Game 1 win in OCE Fast Track today (qualed Grands)
We're on X: https://x.com/fortnitefossils and our website is under construction at https://fortnitefossils.com (sign up for early access to our website in the near future).

At the moment there are 307 players in Arenas boxfights. That makes it "by my estimate" only the 6th or 7th most popular boxfighting playlist. For an official epic gamemode this is just straight embarrassment. Even Ballistic Evo (creative map ballistic copy) has 800 players right now, and ballistic got vaulted. Beyond player count the gamemode has the worst performance of any fortnite experience, ever. The latency is absurd. I was really excited for this mode when it was announced but atm I dont think I could even find a lobby if I wanted to. Id love it if they could redo the mode without the latency issues but as it stands, its unplayable and no one is playing it, so its just time to go

I've seen a lot of videos around the topic of gsync vsync being the ultimate way to play competitive titles, but does this stand well for fortnite? As far as I know, all pros use vsync off in game, but have any of them publicly spoken about using gsync vsync config?
