Something I kinda like about this meme is, Shran pulling out a second gun changes nothing (one gun is all that is needed), but Garak respects the second gun enough to lower his gun and compliment Shran. It's nonsense, but it's Garak's kind of nonsense (lying for the purpose of lying, for the pure art of lying), so they're friends now.
