Teach them the difference between types of touches and context.

This risks raising a generation of people who are afraid of any touch and never grew out of it.

Of course I can teach them but at the end of the day it is their right to give a hug or not.

You are comparing proper nutrition to entirely optional physical touch. Surely you're capable of understanding these are entirely different scenarios.
